Challenge
Despite its technical know-how and high-level visual delivery, the studio faced a strategic challenge: strengthening its brand to grow sustainably and position itself as a regional benchmark in its segment.
The company's old name no longer clearly reflected its desired positioning, opening space for deeper reflection on the brand's identity and the possibility of creating a new name.
We began the project with an in-depth immersion phase, which included interviews with partners, dynamics, and detailed analyses of the profiles of clients, partners, and competitors. The goal was to understand the specific needs of the business and identify the elements that most impact the purchasing decisions of end customers.
Solution
Through a strategic immersion conducted, the foundations for the brand's new positioning were defined: its purpose, values, personality, and target audience.
We built a brand strategy that guided the creation of the name Vislum and established the brand's positioning in the market. This included defining an inspiring purpose — “to make people fall in love with architecture” — and creating a communication tone that reflects exclusivity, innovation, and commitment.
We also developed a proprietary visual territory, capable of translating the essence of Vislum into an ecosystem of graphic elements to strengthen the brand's positioning and highlight its value proposition: offering visual experiences that drive sales and create emotional connections between developments and their audiences.
